Today I'll finish up the last of my edits on Samael. I'm clearing my plate for NaNoWriMo this year. I already have a book plotted out, from start to finish. I know, I know. I'm a pantser. We'll see how this works out.

Snow in October

I'm originally from California, as some of you may know. I spent nearly 8 years in Michigan, and I never really adjusted to the cold winters there (Again, some of you may have been subjected to my bitching, but whatever). Usually the snow would start coming down in late November - at the earliest - or late December - at the latest. Here in South Dakota it snowed yesterday.

It was a pretty snow, and it certainly didn't stick to anything. No accumulation. But it was snow. The white stuff. In October. Just sayin'.

Now that I have that off my chest, today over at Embrace the Shadows we are celebrating the wonderful month of October with a few give-a-ways, in what we call our Month Long Masquerade!
